Emergency Repair Works
Assured Repairs offer an Emergency call out service to attend quickly to your property to minimise property damage and conduct any necessary emergency property repairs.
In many cases this service is paid for by your insurer subject to having Home Emergency Cover covered in your existing policy.
Home Emergency Cover is not standard with all insurers therefore where any necessary repairs works or call out charges are not covered by your insurance policy, Assured Repairs are still happy to attend and conduct any emergency repairs. The cost of these emergency repair works and call out charges/mileage rates, costs of materials and any equipment required will be chargeable to the client.
Your insurer where any policy excess applies will deduct this from the cost of the buildings repairs, Assured Repairs will invoice you for this amount upon satisfactory completion of the repair works.
