We are specialists in arranging property repairs following Fire, Water or Storm Damage to your property.
- Our Project Managed Repair Service is available to Buildings Insurance Policyholders, who have suffered a Fire, Water or Storm event covered by their buildings insurance policy. We aim to get you back to normal as quickly as possible.
- Assured Repairs offer a Free Site Inspection of the damage and prepare a Detailed Quotation for your Insurance Company.
- Following agreement to proceed from your Insurance Company we will, schedule repair works to your property as soon as possible.
- Upon satisfactory completion of your repairs we will collect your insurance policy excess as this is deducted from the cost of the repairs by your insurer.
Company History
Assured Repairs started operating in Aberdeenshire and have expanded to include Aberdeen City and Moray within our territories covered. We are expandinto into Tayside and Perthshire during 2010.
Assured Repairs speciality is to oversee the completion of your Buildings Repairs from start to finish so that you the client and your insurer/loss adjuster need only deal with one contact saving both time and administration costs.
All repair works are conducted by local fully qualified trades. Works are often Sub contracted as this allows us flexibility to deal with emergency call outs. Our Sub contractors are all fully vetted by us, with references taken and personal recommendations gathered, before being added to our approved list. Due to business growth we are actively seeking new tradespeople to join our approved list please contact us for more details.
Due to the wide geographical area we cover, the best way to provide sufficient cover, is to use well respected established firms who specialise in one or more trades. That way we can get your repairs started quickly and attend any emergencies to minimise any damage.
